Position Overview
As a Communications Specialist at ThriveTech, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand’s voice and communicating our values across various platforms. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and customer service departments to create materials that resonate with our target audience and showcase our innovative offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage effective communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Create compelling content for a variety of platforms including social media, press releases, blog posts, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and disseminate information about products, services, and initiatives.
- Monitor media coverage, analyze trends, and report on communication outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage the company’s social media presence by curating content and engaging with followers to strengthen our online communities.
- Coordinate internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged with company developments.
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events, webinars, and community outreach programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Experience in crisis communication is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
